If nobody's home to accept your delivery, depending on your delivery instructions, the courier should either leave it in a safe place out of the elements, or leave a calling card in your mailbox to instruct you how to re-arrange delivery or where to collect it from (eg. your local post office or an parcel collection point such as a newsagent or convenience store).
If you're not able to organise a redelivery or a collection, then let us know and we can try to arrange redelivery from our end, no problem at all. Just shoot us an email and we'll get right on it.
If something goes wrong or it's not progressing fast enough, we'll arrange to have it returned to us and we'll send off a new replacement box right away.
