If anything goes wrong with your delivery (e.g. it gets damaged, lost in our couriers' network, or stolen from your front door, etc.), then just let us know via email, or by logging a ticket using the support button below. And we'll get on the case ASAP and get a brand new box on it's way to you. We'll do all the leg work such as waiting on the phone, filling out forms to get to the bottom of any damages, delays or lost and missing boxes, so you don't have to.
But just in case, and to potentially save time, if you haven't done so already, it's always helpful to check the things below first:
- Please look in any obscure possible hiding spots, as the courier may have hidden it a little too well!
- Please ask if a neighbour has taken it for safekeeping, this happens more often than you'd think.
- Please check your mailbox for any courier calling cards.
You would be surprised how often the missing parcel fits into one of these categories. But of course, if you're confident there's a problem, just let us know and we'll get cracking on the case for you right away, and keep you updated on the progress.
