This is super easy to do. You just need to log in to your account, head to your Settings, and click on Shipping. From there you can click on Update Shipping Address to tell us where we can send your next delicious boxes of vino.
If you forgot to change it, and your package is already on it's way to an old address that you no longer have access to, then there are a couple of things we can do.
First, you should already have the tracking details in your inbox, and if you follow the link to the tracking page of the courier, there may be instructions on how to redirect your parcel to your new address depending on the courier. This can often be the fastest way.
Second, if that doesn't work, it's not an option, or you're just worried about it, you can just shoot us an email, or contact us through the support button below and let us know what is going on. And we can take it from there. Please don't worry about it - the worst-case scenario is there will be a bit of delay as it gets returned to us to send and we send it on to your new address. But please be assured we will have it back out to you ASAP.
