If there is a courier company you prefer, or your current one just isn't working out (e.g. they can't find the front door), then let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Australian Members :
We can give you a personal rule to always go with an alternate, more preferable courier when available.

We can't use other couriers than Australia Post or Aramex at this time, but we can definitely let you choose which one's best for you.

UK Members : 

We use HIVED, Yodel and DHL, and we can give you a personal rule to always go with one of them if you prefer.
