Whether we made a mistake and sent the wrong wine, there was a flaw or it seemed faulty, if it was damaged in transit, or even if we didn't provide a great recommendation and you don't love a bottle, we take full responsibility and will make things right without burdening you with the hassle of returning it.
So we don't normally ask you to return the wine. But we will make up for it in your next box. Just let us know via email, or submitting a ticket through the support button below and we'll get right on the case.
